حسن نیّت ما در هر شرایطی ارائه دادن اشخاص حرفه‌ای و متخصص به کارفرمایان سوئدی است. گواهی کیفیت سوئد ورکز (SWQC) وسیله‌ای است برای ما تا سطح اطلاعات و دانایی شما را به کار فرمایان سوئدی ثابت کنیم. لذا کسب این گواهی جهت استفاده از خدمات ما الزامی است.

(SWQC) - برنامه ارزیابی تخصص


SWQC 1: شرایط پایه

تمامی‌ متقاضیان میباید شرایط اولیه زیر را دارا باشند:
شرایط پایه اقامت از طریق تخصص


حد اقل مدرک لیسانس در رشته مورد نظر از یکی‌ از دانشگاه‌های معتبر ایران. مدرک میباید به انگلیسی‌ ترجمه و دارای مهر دادگستری و تمبر وزارت امور خارجه باشد.


حد اقل ۲ سال سابقه کار در زمینه کاری مورد نظر. مدت زمان سابقه کار متفاوت بوده و در بعضی‌ شرایط کارفرما یان حتی دانشجویان تازه فارغ‌التحصیل شده را می‌پذیرند.


مدرک معتبر زبان انگلیسی‌ در سطح حد اقلIELTS 6.0

 



SWQC 2: آزمون‌های هوشمند فنی

گام دوم جهت کسب گواهی کیفیت سوئد ورکز انجام آزمون‌های پیش استخدامی فنّی با نتیجه مطلوب می‌باشد. این آزمون ها جهت اطمینان خاطر از درجه تخصص افراد تقاضا کننده بوده و نتیجه آزمون‌ها به کار فرما‌های سوئدی ارائه میشود. .

  • میزان تخصص
ازمونها به شیوه‌ای طراحی شده اند که پیشگوئی میکنند کدام یک از تقاضا کنندگان بهترین شرایط, استعداد و تخصص لازم جهت موفقیت در شغل مورد نظر را دارا هستند.

  • آزمون‌های حرفه ای
آزمون‌ها بر پایه تحقیقات وسیع علمی‌, روانشناسی‌ و فنی‌ ساخته شده اند.

  • شرکت طراح
آزمون‌ها توسط شرکت SHL که یکی‌ از بزرگترین‌ شرکت‌ها در زمینه طراحی آزمون‌های هوشمند در دنیا‌ست ساخته شده اند.

 

توجه: آزمون‌ها یک مرحله الزامی بوده و نتیجه این آزمون‌ها در شروع پروسه مهاجرت تاثیر گذارند

The tests are set up by the head office in Sweden. Test sessions are then arranged and supervised by our staff either in Sweden or by our agents personell in those countries where SwedWorks has agents (see the list of Swedworks' agensts here).

 

 

  • SWQC Step1: Basic Requirements

All applicants should fulfill the following basic requirements:

  • University Degree:
    At least Bachelor degree from a recognized university, within the required field of work. The degree should be documented and translated (if not already in English).
  • Working Experience:
    At least 2 years of working experience within the required field of work. (The required work experience time may vary for different employers. In some cases employers may ask for junior recently graduated professionals.)
  • English Language Skills at least IELTS 6.0:
    Documented English knowledge skills equal to or higher than IELTS 6.0.


Once we have validated your papers for your graduation, work experience and English language knowledge you may proceed to undergo an assessment test in order to validate your competency level in your filed of expertise.

 

 

  • SWQC Step2: Pre-employment Assessments: Quality Control

A major concern for any employer is to hire wrong competency. This is a costly and unpleasant event for both parties. SwedWorks uses internationally recognized methods and tools to measure the level of competency of the applicants.


Previsor Pre-employment Assessment

  • Competency Prediction:
    The assessment tests have been designed to predict which applicants are likely to demonstrate the competencies that are required for success in the given position.
  • Research-based Tests:
    The tests are based on extensive research that includes employees from multiple jobs, locations, organizations and industries.
  • SHL Previsor:
    These talent assessments are developed by SHL Previsor, one of the leaders and the most recognized assessment test providers in the world.

 

Assessment test is not an optional step. Once you have passed the test with satisfying result we will be able to sign you up for the immigration process.

 

 

Knowledge & Skills Assessment

shl-logoUsing SHL's knowledge and skills assessment test solutions during the selection process will help us evaluate a candidate’s job readiness. These assessments have been proven over time to accurately identify candidates’ strengths and weaknesses in relation to a specific knowledge area, skill, or ability. This can be especially important in jobs where there is little or no training time available.

 

Terms of the tests

  • All tests are in English and are accessed online on a secure line (https).
  • The test session is supervised by Swedworks' personell or it's licensed agents
  • Applicants may use books, dictionaries and other necessary tools during the tests.
  • Applicants may not be helped by others during the tests.
  • The result of the tests are final and cannot be altered by anyone.
  • The result will be presented to the employers if so required.

 

Redoing a Test

If you fail a test you may take the same test again at any time. The tests are developed by Computer Adaptive Testing (CAT) technology which meanst that it is not likely that you will receive the exact same set of questions twice. Your best result will be presented for the employers.

 

Certification fee

  • The first test: $395
  • Additional tests: $145

The fee is paid to SwedWorks' agents in those countries SwedWorks has official agencies.
